- Planted trees in the Arboretum, Bickham-Rudkin Park and Centennial Groves, I-35 intersections
- Supported funding for Kentucky "Daisey" Statue and Pedestrian Bridge, Festival Market Place
- Conducted 2007 New Year's Gala at UCO; 2006/2007 LibertyFest parades
- Approved 46 private and public events and historic projects to promote Oklahoma's Centennial
- Supported and funded statues and park benches for Downtown and Edmond Parks
